Once upon a time, in a colorful and happy town called Smileville, there lived a cheerful little boy named Tommy. Tommy loved playing with his toys, riding his bike, and eating sweet treats. His favorites were strawberry ice cream, chocolate bars, and sticky candies.
But there was one small problem.
Tommy did not like brushing his teeth.
Every morning, his mother would say,
“Tommy, don’t forget to brush your teeth before school.”
And every night, his father would remind him,
“Clean teeth help you smile bright!”
Sometimes Tommy brushed quickly, but most nights he said,
“I’m too tired. I’ll brush tomorrow.”
What Tommy didn’t know was that inside his mouth lived tiny creatures called Sugar Monsters. They were small, round, and very sneaky. They loved sugar and hated clean teeth.
At night, when Tommy went to sleep without brushing, the Sugar Monsters woke up.
“Hee hee!” they giggled.
“Look at all this sugar! Let’s make this tooth our home!”
They jumped, danced, and slowly made tiny holes in Tommy’s teeth.
One quiet night, Tommy had a magical dream.
In his dream, he was very small and standing inside his own mouth. He looked around and saw his teeth were no longer shiny. Suddenly, the Sugar Monsters appeared.
“Help!” Tommy shouted. “Why are you here?”
The Sugar Monsters laughed.
“Because you don’t brush your teeth!” they said.
Just then, a loud WHOOSH! was heard.
A strong and shiny hero arrived — Bruno the Toothbrush. He had soft blue bristles and looked very brave. By his side was Flora the Toothpaste, sparkling and minty fresh.
“Don’t be afraid, Tommy,” said Bruno kindly.
“We protect teeth when children brush every morning and every night.”
Flora smiled and said,
“When you brush for two minutes, we make bubbles that chase sugar away!”
Together they shouted,
“Time to clean!”
Scrub! Scrub!
Swish! Swash!
White bubbles filled the mouth. The Sugar Monsters covered their eyes.
“Clean teeth!” they cried.
“We can’t stay here!”
One by one, they ran away and disappeared.
The teeth began to shine again, brighter than before.
Bruno knelt down and said,
“Tommy, your teeth are important. They help you eat, talk, and smile. You must take care of them.”
Flora added,
“Brush your teeth twice a day, use toothpaste, and don’t forget to visit the dentist.”
Tommy smiled and nodded.
When he woke up, the sun was shining through his window. He ran to the bathroom, picked up his toothbrush, and brushed carefully for two whole minutes.
From that day on, Tommy brushed his teeth every morning and every night. His teeth stayed healthy, the Sugar Monsters never returned, and Tommy’s smile made Smileville even happier.
And that is why brushing your teeth is a very important habit.
The End. 🌟
